A cup of espresso is made of 50 coffee beans. Just one faulty bean can spoil its taste and aromas.
We work alongside cultivators because perfection has to be sought starting from the land.
 
The most advanced cultivation techniques, the use of non-aggressive plant foods, the proper harvesting methods, the best manufacturing techniques: these all contribute to a product of excellent quality. But that is not enough: it is necessary to know how to manage your own fazenda in a careful and conscientious manner.
The courses for producers were set up under the collaboration with the faculty of economics and commerce of Sao Paulo, Brazil, which started in 2000.
Today the Università del caffè of Brazil is a landmark in training for cultivators and producers.
