How to organize the transfer to Trieste
The Università del caffè secretary has a hotel-reservation service available that can help you organize your trip to Trieste.
Enrolment fees
The price of the course includes the hotel-reservation service, lunches and coffee breaks. The shuttle service between the affiliated illy hotels and the Università del caffè (round trip) is also included. illycaffè and espressamente illy customers have a particular discount.
For itinerant courses
The organization of the trip and possible hotel reservations are at the participants’ expense.
A typical day at Università del caffè
Lectures start at 9:00 AM and finish at around 5:30 PM. Once in the classroom, an immediate and direct relationship between teachers and students is developed in an informal climate. The courses are made up of many practical components and participants have the possibility to try the different preparations themselves.
In case of cancellation
It is possible to cancel enrolment within 10 days before the course’s starting date. The cancellation has to be communicated via letter, e-mail or fax. If enrolment fees have already been deposited, they will be entirely refunded.
